By accessing or using Flow Vello's services, website, or custom software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Flow Vello provides custom automation, AI agents, software development, and digital operations consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement will be outlined in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
Unless otherwise stated in the SOW, the custom code, workflows, and intellectual property created during an engagement belong to the client upon full payment of all invoices. Flow Vello retains the rights to pre-existing libraries, tools, and proprietary methodologies used in the execution of the project.
Flow Vello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
